The sprawling resort is set over 200 acres of land with the charm of a sea-front and a tranquil forested hill in the background. The natural beauty is enhanced by tastefully decorated rooms and suites built in Minangkabau architecture. Only a five-minute shuttle transfer from the resort are the Berjaya Tioman Suites - seven blocks of single-room studio suites, two-room family suites and three-room luxury penthouses.

All rooms are air-conditioned and fully equipped with modern amenities like colour TV with in-house video channel, IDD telephone, mini fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and hair-dryer.

Recreation is not confined to resort facilities like swimming pools, tennis courts, children's playground, volleyball and basketball courts and indoor games.

Guests can also tee of at the Tioman Island Golf Club, engage in water activities like scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, fishing and snorkeling or they can go jungle trekking in the nearby forest.

For conference and banquet functions, the resort offers six function rooms with convention facilities for groups of 20 to a maximum of 400 persons. A meeting room with a maximum capacity of up to 20 is also available at the Berjaya Tioman Suites.
