Other key features include a French fine-dinning restaurant, a tea-room, a wine and cigar lounge with a complete wine cellar, as well as courtyards and pavilions for private dining.
Offering refreshing meetings on top of the hills is the new Berjaya Hills Convention Centre, a two-level, pillar-less convention centre with the capacity to accommodate up to 1,000 guests and a banquet facility to serve 700 persons. This RM20.0 million (USD5.5 million) investment also features four rooms designed to meet the needs of smaller meeting groups of up to 70 persons or combined to accommodate a maximum capacity of 280 persons.
The Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club offers an award-winning 18-hole golf course and exclusive club amenities surrounded by lush greenery, lakes and scenic Bermuda turf with a stunning backdrop of Peninsular Malaysia’s main mountain range. Designed by renowned course architect J. Michael Poellot, the course spans 6,312m˛ and was voted one of the ‘Top 20 Best Golf Courses in Malaysia’ in 2004.

ABOUT PAHANG – MALAYSIA Pahang is the largest state of West Malaysia and is mostly covered with dense jungle and has a mountainous interior. The physical geography of the state is formed by highlands, lush rainforests and coastal areas, attracting tourists with plenty hill resorts and seaside retreats. Located north of Pahang is Malaysia’s largest national park, Taman Negara. This large primary rainforest is home to many rare and endangered animal species, such as the tapir, kancil, tigers and leopards. Among the oldest rainforest in the world, the rainforest in Taman Negara is estimated to be 130 million years old and covers almost two-third of the state. Two famous lakes in Pahang are Tasik Bera and Tasik Cini. Tasik Bera is a rich freshwater peat environment and home to various flora and fauna, where the Semelai aborigines reside. Tasik Cini is famed for its lotus blooms and is known as home to a mythical dragon believed to reside in the lake. Some believe that a lost city is sunk beneath the mystical waters of Tasik Cini. The largely mountainous state flattens out towards the coastline, where the state capital Kuantan is located. A traditional fishing industry still exists along the coast. Keropok dried fish cakes are a welcome favourite among locals and traditional industry includes the mass processing of dried fish and seafood as well as the famed keropok lekor. Pahang has a rich history, with it being occupied by various powers in the past, including Siam, the Sultanate of Malacca, the Portugese, the Dutch, Johor, Aceh and British.
